Either conventional thermal deposition or non-heated deposition by IAD ( Ion Assisted Deposition) method are available. So, high quality and performance optical coating on glass, ceramic, plastic and etc. is possible Especially for coating on plastic materials, we have many achievements by long coming experience of manufacturing of lenses for glasses. We can offer best solution for your optical coating issue from design stage with precise computer simulation to mass production with quality control. MAJOR PRODUCTS We have a lot of results in mass producing of coating on optical components applied for fields such as described below; * Filters  for Imaging devices such as CCD cameras , LCD projectors and so on * AR coatings for window of PDAs and cellular phones * AR coatings and filters for optical communication components like optical fibers and functional crystals HISTORY OF THIN FILM DIVISION In 1997, our thin film division has been divided from coating section of Tokai optical co,. which has history of manufacturing lenses of glasses over 60 years. Our thin film division have been dedicated in vacuum coating of dielectric optical thin film for generic optical components other than glasses. Our equipment's and facility are fully independent from main facility of Tokai optical for manufacturing, including coatings process, of glasses. Our history in this filed is only five years, however longer expertise in coating while we had been in producing eye wear lenses. Also, we could have so strong back up of our customers that we have been able to progress our achievements in this field too. To respond such back up, all of our staff is willing to pay more effort on creating and supplying better thin films products.
