NEW FACILITY
New factory and office of the thin film division has completed on 28th November 2001 and will be into the full operation since coming April 2002.
The factory located next to the Tokai optical Main Office/factory and has 4400sq.meter of flore space in 31000sq.meter ground.

EXTENSION OF OUR PRODUCTION CAPACITY
Present Production throughput, for example, has become following quantity upto today:
AR coating on light guide for PDA display approximately 300,000 pcs./month
AR coating on Optical fiber for opt communication approximately 100,000 pcs./month
IR cut filter for CCD approximately 300,000 pcs./month
(march 2001)
This capacity will be doubled of the present after moving and new instalation of the equipment's is over.

ISO9001 CERTIFICATED
We as of Thin Film division of Tokai Optical co.ltd. has obtained ISO9001 certification
on 6th Oct 2000 with continued to the ISO9001 and ISO14001 certificates by Tokai main office. (JQA1194)
For ISO14001 by our division is under progress of preperation.
